Pinecone: a necklace pendant
This necklace pendant is my stylized interpretation of the humble pinecone. I created the different needles by first carving out of wax, then making silicone molds of them. After, I casted the 3 pieces of the 3 different needle sizes (large, medium, and small), then strung them together on a silver wire. I alternated the way the pine cone needles were stacked on top of each other to make the pendant more dynamic.

Shark!: a ring
When tasked with making a ring, I knew i wanted to make something a little quirky. I was fascinated by the sophistication of silver, and wondered whether it could transform the unrefined. That’s why I modeled my ring after a shark - sharks are feared and hated by many, although they’re pretty harmless creatures. I love sharks, and wondered whether silver could turn people’s fear into admiration
